At Node, We create private apartments and coliving spaces that catalyze Community and amplify wellbeing. Home means inviting, inspiring space, built intentionally for your lifestyle. Home is a feeling of connection and belonging. That feeling of being part of something larger than yourself that just makes everything better. Moving houses or cities and thriving is about landing in a supportive environment and building connections that enrich our lives. At Node, we bring together beautiful spaces and community-minded people, add a dash of animation from our curators, and put you on the fast track to life, connected.
Coliving at Node means all the benefits of your own private apartment or room, connected into a complex of private and shared units. Monthly fees cover all utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings and décor, and access to beautiful amenity spaces that expand what’s possible at home. Grab a drink, share a meal, watch a movie, get in a work out or just compare notes with other Nodies. Hit the town, the rooftop, the garden or the coworking lounge. There’s always company, if you want it, or quiet, if you don’t. Our curators and communication channels add a little extra to help keep you connected, provide the local lowdown, and make you feel at home, a lot faster.
Yes. One and two-bedroom units are a great solution for those who want a little more privacy and personal space, combined with access to beautiful amenity spaces, and a place in the Node community. Share with a friend or partner, have a private home office, or just spread out a bit. Rent a Node home solo or share your private space with the person of your choice.

We work hard to make sure all Node residents are enjoying their experience. In the event a roommate doesn’t work out, we employ conflict resolution support staff to help understand and navigate the differences. In the rare instance transferring apartments is the best solution for all, we will provide alternate options based on availability and pricing.
Your monthly fee covers the rent of your furnished bedroom, utilities, Wi-Fi, access to all the amenity spaces as well as Node App access, which allows you to connect with Nodie’s around the globe. For an additional cost, Node can provide weekly cleaning, kitchen or linen packages, and parking (select locations).
Node offers lease terms from 3 to 18-months based on availability. Majority of Nodie’s stay for a minimum of 6 months. Please connect with us to discuss your specific needs. We are here to help!
Node is designed so you can enjoy beautiful, functional space from the moment you arrive. Our apartments are semi or fully-furnished. Kitchen and linen packages are available for an additional cost. If you have furnishings you’d like to bring, please connect with us to discuss your needs.

Yes! Node communities are Wi-Fi equipped so you can work from your bedroom, living room, garden, patio, roof-top deck or coworking lounge.
Our community events are inspired by the people who call Node home. From hosting after-work drinks, to trying the latest local restaurants, to beach outings, cooking classes, or rooftop yoga, our curators’ thoughtfully planned events make it easy for you to simply join in when something catches your interest or fits your schedule. Many events are created and hosted by Nodies themselves! If you have an idea, it can come to life in the Node community. Plan a birthday party, lead a workshop, get a game night going, or mobilize people for a community project. As always, our Community Curators are available to help turn your ideas into reality, and so are your fellow Nodies.
We know that these difficult times are quite exceptional. At Node, we take the well-being of our Nodies seriously and we want to ensure that everyone is provided with a safe environment in terms of comfort and hygiene. Our shared spaces have been reoriented to ensure social distancing is easily maintained.
